I retain full and exclusive rights over the commissioned artwork.

I have the right to showcase the watermarked commissioned artwork online (on social media and portfolio).

You MUST NOT edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as your own.

You must credit me when you post the commissioned artwork on any social media platform by tagging my username.

You MUST NOT alter/remove/crop my watermark/signature.

You MUST NOT profit from my drawing in any way, including but not limited to selling it as merch, prints, t-shirt design, minting it as NFT and selling it, posting it as part of your brand/project, marketing material/promotional content, etc. If you intend to do so, then you will have to commission for commercial use.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason and I do not need to disclose the reason.

I DO NOT ACCEPT rushed/urgent commission. Please only commission if it's not urgent.

Prices may vary depending on complexity, difficulty, and/or additional details.

Provided pricelist only applies to PERSONAL USE commissions.

For commercial use commission, you need to contact me so we can discuss the price.

All drawings will include a subtle signature/watermark that you MAY NOT remove.

You must at least pay 50% upfront as a deposit for the sketch, then pay the rest upon sketch approval. 100% payment upfront is also acceptable.

DO NOT send payment before I request you to do so.

Payments that I accept are: PayPal (USD only), Ko-Fi, crypto coin (only USDC, USDT, and ETH) for international clients and Trakteer for Indonesian clients.

If you're paying using PayPal, you must add extra 10% to cover the fees or I will consider your payment as invalid.

You may cancel if I haven't started the sketch, and you will receive a full refund.

You MAY NOT cancel once you have approved the sketch.

If you cancel at the sketching stage, I keep the 25% of full price as sketch fee and the rest will be refunded.

If under any unexpected circumstances I am unable to start or finish the commission, you will receive a full refund.

Payments are not refundable after the artwork has been finished.

You must contact me via DM on my socials and fill in the format that I send. Please be as very specific as you can for what you need to be drawn, multiple reference pics would be very helpful.

After payment, you will receive an initial sketch that will need your approval before I continue.

I will notify you when I have started working on your commission.

I will deliver the piece within 4-11 business days depending on complexity, difficulty, and your spot in the queue.

The piece will be sent in full-resolution (350 DPI) .PNG and .JPG files via G-Drive link or Discord DM.

In order to efficiently finish the artwork, efficient communication is very crucial. Kindly respond to my DM a.s.a.p as I might need clarity or feedback regarding the commission.

2 revisions are allowed for the sketch and base color. Afterward, you will be charged an extra 5$ per revision.

3 minor revisions and 1 major revision are allowed for the final piece. Afterward, you will be charged an extra fee per revision depending on the complexity and time required to revise it.

It is highly advised to specifically list the parts needed to be revised at once per revision so the process will be more efficient.
